We have lift off !!!!

This is the first of many posts (I hope ) to come. DJ's is now officially under construction!!! 6 months behind schedual and several thousand dollars poorer we are underway (damn foam tiles). The city of Denver has given in and we now have the permits. My brother, Devin, and I have been busy the last several months building a business plan, getting the finances together and organizing the building plans and it looks like we are a go. My buddy Claude Flom, with "Concrete-IT" ( 1-800-818-0392 for all of your concrete needs), is laying the plans to put in a new floor for us as the old one has rotted away. I'll post some construction photos in a bit.

The menu is done and when I pry a copy away from Devin, AKA The Griddle Master, I will post it here for y'all to check out. In the mean time feel free to drop us a line with any comments or suggestions. We would love to hear from all of you.
